The strength of the UAW has always come from its members. My vision is a union that remains focused on the membership, supports our local unions, manages our resources responsibly, and is prepared for the future.

As the challenges facing us continue to evolve, we must ensure that the UAW remains strong, vigilant, and ready for the future while protecting the gains won by those who came before us. That means we must secure strong contracts, protect and strengthen retirement security and healthcare benefits, create opportunities for future generations, and ensure that every member is treated with dignity and respect.

The diversity of our Union is one of our greatest strengths. Our members work across many sectors and professions, each with unique opportunities and challenges. While our work may differ, we are united by a common purpose and a shared commitment to improving the lives of our members and their families. Every sector, every local union, and every member deserves a voice and strong representation.

I believe we as members deserve leadership that is accountable, accessible, and focused on delivering results. Leadership should not only listen to members, it should act. It should strengthen local unions, provide the tools and support they need to succeed, and ensure that every decision is made with the membership in mind.

My commitment is to bring the experience, perspective, and proven leadership necessary to help move our Union forward. Together, we can build a stronger UAW that honors our past, meets the demands of today, and prepares for the opportunities of tomorrow.
